Your home in paradise awaits at the beachside at Blowing Point, Anguilla. We have 6 villa units (named Serenity, Tranquility, Harmony, Bird of Paradise, Limin and Oasis). Each is fully equipped with either 1 or 2 cozy bedrooms, a modern living room and dining area, stocked kitchen, and balcony with ground floor direct beach access. We welcome you to live the experience. Patsy’s Seaside Villa is a hidden gem that those who have found it keep near and dear to their heart!

SERENITY VILLA / VILLA 1

As the name implies, it dominates the senses and gives one perpetual peace upon entry. A sense of rest, healing of the mind, healing of the soul and the healing of the body, is provided immediately upon entering. Serenity embraces a panoramic mountainous view of French St Martin and is refreshed with the cool and therapeutic sea breezes.

This ground floor space offers two fully furnished bedrooms and shares one bath.

TRANQUILITY VILLA / VILLA 2

TRANQUILITY is an impressive two bedroom second floor space that has the ability to calm one’s anxieties upon entry. Its high wooden roof with white colour walls in the living, dining and kitchen areas makes its interior look large and accommodating.

In view upon entry there is a turquoise focal point wall which heralds in that sweet Caribbean feel, it is indeed aesthetically pleasing to behold. The mode of this space encourages you to get away from everyday life to enjoy a little bit of tranquility wrapped in blue.

TRANQUILITYS’ master bedroom and balcony both are positioned on the south side of the building and share a panoramic view of neighbouring the island, St Martin/St Maarten. On clear days you can see nearby Flat Island and Saba.

This accommodation has one king size bed and 2 twin size beds. It sleeps 4 people snuggly.

HARMONY/VILLA 3

Harmony, as the name suggests, gives guests the feeling of wholeness as they enter it. The lush tropical breeze blows softly from the terrace throughout the accommodations. Meditation, relaxation, and a feeling of contentment is gained from occupying Harmony. Harmony is a first floor Unit with a direct view of the white sandy beach and the aquamarine coloured water.

BIRD OF PARADISE/VILLA 4

This space creates a warm, intimate and romantic atmosphere for honeymooners. Calmness, Romance and Connection are what makes this Suite ideal for couples who are looking for that special place to bond, a delightful view of the gemstone coloured waters of the Caribbean Sea and the Island of St Martin from the terrace and living areas of the suite. A short stroll from the terrace will bring one to the sandy beach – relax, unwind and connect to nature and each other.

LIMIN/VILLA 5

Villa 5/Limin, is a two bedroom space positioned on a second floor of Patsy’s Seaside Villas.
Like the name implies: – it allows you to sense the feel of hanging out and helps you to pass time relaxed, in a comfortable environment. Its mode is exceptionally cozy and is very pleasing to one’s eyes for a well needed rest. From the onset as one enters, their eyes will capture a neat, work friendly kitchen with necessary amenities, which will invite them to create their own choice meal. Simultaneously, as you gaze your eyes to the left is the welcoming view of Anguilla’s turquoise waters. Also in view are the local sea grape trees which are great for the making of wine and direct consumption. It also offers a picturesque view of neighbouring French and Dutch St Martin. Limin offers cool ocean breezes, a view of the soft sandy beaches of the Caribbean and plenty of space to just Lime
