About Us

Patsy Seaside Villas is a hidden gem conveniently located within walking distance of the Blowing Point Sea Port Terminal on the Island of Anguilla. The property consists of 6 apartments: two (2) one-bedroom and four (4) two-bedroom options. All units are complete with a kitchen, living room, cable television, stereo, telephone and maid service. It is regarded as the most affordable beachfront property.

Marjorie’s Story: My husband, Mitchell, and I have had this property for the past 39 years. We have four beautiful children and we prize family as priority. We take pride in sharing our stories with persons who ask about our family. Words cannot describe the love that is felt among us. I believe that this love has infected lots of our visiting friends over the years. We have friends who return just to spend time on our beautiful island and especially to spend time with the family. We greet you by name and are able to cater personally to your needs. My eldest daughter Lisa has been on board for the past 17 years. She is really a gem – having her assist is just a great asset.

Each is fully equipped with either 1 or 2 cozy bedrooms, a modern living room and dining area, stocked kitchen, and balcony with ground floor direct beach access. December 2021 – Stayed about a week

I just love Lisa as a person, she was very helpful, friendly and caring. Her place is well located. Small but very clean, it was cleaned daily, everything we need she provided. For example, our first day because of a Covid test she brought food, pizza and beers which was amazing. We had all our clothing washed daily too. It is a simple apartment but it’s so clean with the amazing host Lisa and Majorie who were very sweet and helpful host. I highly recommend her place.

August 2022 – Group trip

If you are looking for a relaxing, clean environment, with a view that you can only dream of, this is the place to go. The icing on the cake is the kind nature of Ms. Marjorie. This is definitely a place to stay while in Anguilla.

Marjorie’s home is very closer to ferry terminal, only two minutes by walk. The balcony offers a beautiful view and a place where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Marjorie and her daughter Lisa, are very kind.

Place is wonderful. Everyone did their best to make us feel at home. The photos show the apartment very well. We just have to say thank you for all the kindness of the staff. It is located a few meters from the ferry exit, which makes it very easy for those arriving by sea. Without a doubt, I recommend it.

March 2024 – Stayed a few nights

This was the perfect stay, and is perfectly located for exploring the western side of the island while having a beach front stay that won’t cost you an arm and a kidney. Patsy was responsive, the daily cleaning and trash disposal was appreciated and her staff are all very friendly. We would definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to visit again. You will want a rental car when you visit the island, there are too many beaches and places to explore to taxi everywhere. There is a grocery store close, but we didn’t like the prices. Go to lakes or proctors.

We enjoyed our stay. We loved eating our breakfast on the charming balcony patio and the wonderful view of the beach and Saint Martin across the water.
Everything was very fresh and clean. It was a very, very good value.
